$11.00 wide angle adapter . Cheap and does a great job. Clips to tablet or phone so I/Trainer can see your entire room better.

5. Exercise long bands upper body

8. Heart Rate monitor or wearable device is an awesome tool to optimize workouts.  I recommend a monitor or wearable, if it is within your budget and you like tracking numbers. Not Required.  ..I recommend the Heart Rate monitor Polar h7 or h10.

This should be all you need to rock for quite a while.      We get creative with body weight stuff and can add  in an idea or two as you build your endurance  fitness up
